SALARY:  $37.83 per hour

• 1.5x rate on Saturdays and 2.0x rate on Sundays & Holidays

SHIFT:

• Would need to be available at least 1 week from 6 AM to 3 PM Monday – Friday for company onboarding. 

• Shifts are 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM.

• Weekend availability must include 3 full weekends out of the month, on any of the shifts above, with preference for 10:30PM - 6:30AM and 6:30AM - 2:30PM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3-phase systems including single phase 120-volt systems.

• Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high-speed production and packaging machinery.

• Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls.

• Ensure quality standards are met at all times.

• Holidays and weekends are also required.

• Cross-training opportunities available to maximize earnings and expand technical knowledge.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Two year Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent industrial electrician work experience a plus.

• Minimum 3 years PLC programming and troubleshooting required.(Must skill)

• Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting AC variable speed drives.(Must skill)

• 3 years of troubleshooting experience with automated machinery.

• Outstanding communication and team-orientation skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.

• Knowledge of Servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Application of high-level quality standards.

• Excellent Computer Skills

• Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
