Packer Responsibilities:
  • Wrap and package candy products according to production standards.
  • Assemble packaging materials and maintain inventory.
  • Rotate between stations on the production line, performing quality control checks.
  • Operate production machinery as assigned, following safety protocols.
  • Handle materials and perform packing duties efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area during production runs and downtime.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
Packer Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the job.
  • Manual dexterity to handle packaging materials and operate production machinery.
  • Flexibility to move through work areas as needed to perform duties.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
