The Springs at Greer Gardens is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community We offer a serene setting for our residents in Eugene Oregon, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care that is truly distinctive. The Springs at Greer Gardens has 216 beautiful homes, including 109 independent living, 75 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments for our residents to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations. If you answered yes to these questions, and are excited about the possibility of being part of this wonderful community, then we would love to speak with you Key Responsibilities Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Assures adherence to community budget Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees Assures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes Assures service needs of all residents consistently identified, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes Assures service needs of all residents consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plans Assures adherence to all department systems, so that the mission and goals of each department is reached Assures resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours addressed promptly and effectively Complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Knowledge of assisted living, memory care and independent living regulations Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director, in large community Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K matching Paid Vacation & Sabbatical Supplementary Insurance Options Employee Assistance Program Short term and long-term disability Employee Discounts Flexible Spending Account Scholarships for employee and families Leadership Development and Career Growth Opportunities Discounted Healthy Meals and Free Beverages Access to Gym and Pool Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
