In this role, you will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work while fostering a customer‑first mindset. You will be a key member of a project management team tasked with defining the strategies for project execution across all projects in order to exceed revenue, utilization, quality, and other organizational KPIs. Long‑term, this is a hybrid position.Successful candidates will be required to work from our downtown Atlanta office five days per week during the initial 10‑week training period, moving to 3–4 days per week long‑term, with additional travel to client sites across North America as needed (up to 25–50% of the time).ResponsibilitiesPeople ManagementDefine team and individual goals, training plans, and career development objectivesConduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with team members to monitor progress and support their growthPerform quarterly and annual performance reviews for your team membersAct as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide personal and team trainingAssist in the recruitment, onboarding, and effective ramping of new team membersReview project progress weekly with the portfolio management team and project teams to ensure milestones, quality standards, and risk mitigationPerform regular project quality auditsContribute to SpryPoint best practices, lessons learned, and project documentation improvementsProject Implementation SupportLead gap analysis sessions to understand our customers’ needsMap to‑be business processesConfigure, test and tune the softwareMap and assist with data conversions from legacy systemsTrain end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practicesProvide hands‑on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post‑implementation stabilizationCollaborate with development & dev‑ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutionsAdvise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future statesQualifications2+ years of experience managing teams in client services or business operations sectorBusiness Analysis and Business Process Mapping experienceExperience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platformsTechnical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills is a huge plusProven ability to mentor and lead peopleStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partnersClear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to changeConfidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teamsBenefitsHybrid environment with an office in downtown AtlantaCompetitive total rewards – comprehensive compensation package that grows with youComplete setup – MacBook + $500 to create your ideal home workspaceHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance from day oneGenerous PTO, Summer Friday half‑days, and unlimited sick daysRRSP (Canada) and 401(k) (US) matching programs$2,500 annual development fund, tuition assistance, and book bounty programAnnual company events and team off‑sitesProfessional Identity VerificationTo help us verify candidate authenticity and streamline our screening process, we encourage candidates to include a link to their LinkedIn profile and verify it with their current work email address.
