Bilingual/Spanish Maintenance Specialist Our client is seeking a bilingual/Spanish Maintenance Specialist to join their team to live on site. You will be part of the team supporting maintenance functions on site. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of maintenance experience and must speak Spanish. Job Title: Maintenance Specialist Location: Greenbelt, MD Pay Range: $25 based on experience after being hired. What's the Job? Maintenance Specialist with the following skills: Repair various building systems Experience with basic plumbing tasks Experience with electrical and HVAC systems Complete necessary repairs on facility General carpentry work What's Needed? Bilingual Spanish/English Highly preferred At least two years experience as listed above Certifications in either HVAC or Electrical Must be willing to move on site What's in it for me?
