Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product design or UX. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in product design or UX. Experience building and launching products from the ground up, contributing to both product strategy and design execution. Experience designing for AI-powered products and services, with knowledge of the challenges and opportunities the technology presents. Drive product ideas through with cross-functional teams and lead senior stakeholder decision-making by developing compelling narratives and compelling design proposals. Own the design and strategy for collaboration experiences that are critical to driving business impact across the Google Workspace suite. Inspire and lead cross-functional partners across the entire Google Workspace suite of product areas to ensure a unified user experience, always keeping the user at the center of the process. Own the UX strategy and design execution for multiple strategic areas within the Generative AI Foundations Platform.
