This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.
Work Environment

This is a manufacturing facility and is not air-conditioned, so it can get hot in the summer. However, this is the newest part of the building, so it is fairly nice. The facility is very well lit with skylights and organized. Employees are trained on multiple assembly lines and must be versatile. They work in 'assembly pods' composed of roughly 3-4 people, where they will assemble certain machines. Employees will learn one 'pod/cell' at a time and then cross-train into other areas. It is a very team-oriented environment.
