We believe in continuous learning, absolute transparency, and a collaborative approach to everything we do.What You'll DoProactively manage pricing and positions for the Treasuries or Index (US Equities) deskMonitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to researchers and developers on areas of improvementDevise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitabilityWork across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performanceControl the desk's positions to ensure the portfolio falls within assigned risk limits.Qualifications And SkillsPrevious experience trading (2-4 years) with a proven track record of success managing a treasuries or index options market making bookBS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related fieldExceptional attention to detailExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellencePython programming skills are a plus, but not requiredSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesLocation: Chicago, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr
