OverviewJoseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. As a member of the Project Management department, this individual will report directly to a Project Executive. JJA is known for a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to advance professionally.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates project activities and tracks materials.Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and Superintendent.Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings.Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files.Drafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.Ensures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing.Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment.Note: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling software.Valid CA driver license.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong work ethic, team player, and attention to detail.OtherThis position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.Equal Employment OpportunityJoseph J.
