Duties and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Enters equipment specifications from the equipment specification sheet or from any quotes provided by the RTS.
Enters quotes utilizing vendor configurations or quote requests from manufacturer's representatives.
Completes equipment specification entry within 24 hours.
Coordinates with RTS and Manufacturer to resolve any "Action Required Requests."
Identify and notify RTS when necessary information is missing, incorrect or incomplete on spec sheet.
Notify RTS if requested specifications cannot be met and provide available alternatives if possible.
Communicate with funding and RTS any revisions made to orders that may change coding or funding.
Assists with walk in clients in showroom.
Processes branch equipment returns.
Assists with physical inventory at the direction of branch leadership.
Provides clerical support for preparation of inventory documentation.
Responsible for continuing education related to job duties, including but not limited to remaining informed about NSM's current policies and procedures, completing Learning Links, attending courses or seminars as assigned by leadership.
Completes phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Technical Familiarity with DME Products
Manufacturer Configurator Knowledge
