Description
Under the general guidance and direction by the Supervisor and Director of Care Management, provides case management in accordance with policy and procedures of PSMMC in collaboration with the patient and patient's family.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 2 years Medical/Surgical nursing practice or a balance of RN case management and/or community resource planning experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team
Providence has been serving the Inland Northwest since 1886 when Mother Joseph and the Sisters of Providence founded Sacred Heart Medical Center. Today, Providence is the largest health care provider in Washington located in communities large and small across the state.
