Watson Clinic is seeking a full-time outpatient Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join the very busy, expanding Behavioral Health team. Hours for position are, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (40 hours/week). 5-10 years of postdoctoral psychotherapy experience is preferred.
Watson Clinic is a large Physician-owned, multi-specialty practice in beautiful Lakeland, FL. Our Behavioral health team treats a wide variety of mental, addictive, movement, behavioral, and emotional disorders with our rapidly growing community, with expertise in PTSD and DID. Knowledge of the principles of psychology applicable to care, treatment and rehabilitation of children and adults with behavioral, developmental or psychology disturbances.
- Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 19 locations
- Over 40 specialties with robust internal referral network from Primary Care Physicians

- EPIC EMR
- Robust support for billing and collections, coding, and transcription, EMR and more.
- Guaranteed salary for first year; after first year, income based on P & L.

Requirements:
- Completion of an earned doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Possession of current license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Florida.
- Knowledge of psychological testing devices and methods.
