Position will also perform final product inspections and will witness and assist with Acceptance Test Procedures.***This position is a 4X10 schedule (4 days, 10 hours a day), Thursday - Sunday***Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform in-process, post assembly, and final inspections. Perform in-coming inspection on cables, metal fab parts and printed circuit boards. Good communication skills throughout the organization.Maintain equipment and tool calibration process. Create Certificate of Conformances for customer deliverable product.Review Customer Purchase Orders to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.Review Acceptance Testing Procedures and final test results.Required Skills and Abilities Prototype skills in working from schematics.Familiar with all cabling techniques per WHMA-A-620.Capable of working in fast paced environment.Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.Extreme attention to detail.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and change focus rapidly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.Must have advanced knowledge of PCB, cable and wiring harness specifications, chassis, and console specs as well as lower-level components and sub-assemblies.5+ years of electronic and mechanical assembly quality assurance experience.Experience with Final Acceptance Testing.Previous experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment.Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, wire lists and schematics.IPC J-STD-001, WHMA-A-620 and/or 610 CIS or CIT (Class 3 Workmanship).Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident (due to company contracts falling under the ITAR).
