Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction)STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. The position involves assisting aviation clients across the country with various projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.The primary goal of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to meet or exceed project profit margins.Job Responsibilities:Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.Manage proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.Participate in or lead project marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations.Plan project execution and develop the project manual.Monitor manpower requirements against project budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and other project elements to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.Establish and maintain communication with contractors and clients regarding project progress.Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning.Form and lead project teams to ensure responsibilities are met according to schedule.Handle documentation for code compliance and permit applications.Conduct regular project progress meetings to ensure contractual and quality standards are met.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, addressing manpower, equipment, and quality issues promptly.Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel as needed.Compensation Range: $153,483.98 - $204,645.30We encourage candidates who may not meet every qualification to apply, as diversity and inclusion are core values at STV.
