*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Ensures our extraordinary Guest Service standards are maintained at all times.
* Serves exciting, innovative, and delicious food and beverages for guests per the established standards of service.
* Maintains knowledge of menu cuisine, wine list, special items, etc. featured in the restaurant.
* Must maintain knowledge menu items and ingredients.
* Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude.

*\*\*Knowledge/familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus.*
