Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow our client base.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze client information and make recommendations on insurance policies that best fit their needs.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

REquirements:

Licensing: Active insurance license in the state of North Carolina.

Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help clients and provide them with the best possible solutions.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating sales and building client relationships.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
