**Full-Time Food Service Worker, Sussex, WI**

Quad is seeking a full-time, Food Service worker to work within the Quad Cuisine Cafeteria in Sussex, WI. The Food Services worker, works to efficiently and quickly cook, prepare and serve hot and cold foods. Additional duties include assisting with production plant catering functions including but not limited to cleaning, stocking shelves, washing dishes and pots and pans, running the food cart, stocking and putting away trucks and/or any tasks assigned by the department supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serves food to customer while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers needs

* Monitor and direct replenishment of food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels

* Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

* Adheres to Quad safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

* Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.

* Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations

* Responsible for food cart operation

* Responsible for training new Food Services Workers

* Assists with production plant catering functions

* Accountable for following daily PAR sheets as directed by Cuisine Supervisor

* Handles, assembles and serves premade food items

* Assist with food preparation

* Knowledge of quality food production

* Ensures security of company assets

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

* A minimum of 3 years of food service experience with cooking skills is required.

* This position also requires a positive attitude and good people skills, while in contact with customers and fellow employees.

* In addition, the understanding of cash register functions as they relate to entering the customer's orders on a touch screen is also required.

* A High School Diploma is preferred

* Electric Cart Driver Certification provided by the company

* Maintain Serve Safe Food Handling Certification

* Ability to lift to 50 pounds several time a day

* Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves

* Ability to work in hot and cold environments

* Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves

* Planning and multi-tasking

* Self-motivated and a high energy level
