Project Manager - Luxury Custom Home Projects up to $8M in Maine will be responsible for:
- Oversee the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee quality control and project success.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Lead onsite project teams and coordinate with office staff for smooth project delivery.

Profile
Project Manager - Projects up to $8M
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
- Background in Residential/Custom homes
- A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
