Day in the Life of a Store Manager As a Store Manager you’ll wear many hats—keeping customers and employees happy while ensuring our day‑to‑day business runs smoothly. You’ll set the tone by living our brand and leading by example, working together with your staff to develop and shape the future of our automotive business. Hire, train, and develop the right team members. Provide constructive feedback, hold staff accountable, and encourage leadership skills. Grow the auto business using proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Plan and track budget forecasting models, asking the right questions to drive innovation and success. Maintain excellent sales and customer service skills, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Qualifications At least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Relevant sales and customer service experience. Previous leadership experience a plus. Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills, able to delegate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Professional presentation, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry. Work Schedule Shifts will include a mix of day, evenings up to 8 pm, and weekends.
