Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of construction and industrial equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various types of machinery
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of equipment
  • Technical school degree or equivalent experience in equipment repair
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with major equipment brands
  • CDL license
  • IVES or equivalent forklift certification
