Monday - Friday 1st shift

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a maintenance tech to work for across a prestigious logistics facility in Oshkosh, WI- our client is looking for a Building Engineer ideally with HVAC knowledge to join a team.

This is a brand new site for our client which has opportunities for career progression, up-skilling courses as well as some of the best benefits in the industry.

The successful candidate will need to be client facing and able to respond quickly to client requests and maintain the great relationship on site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers, HVAC, electrical and mechanical disciplines
Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Carry out modifications and installations when required
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
Liaise with client/management

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2+ years working in a Building Engineer role
A recognized qualification in a HVAC capacity
Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
Very well presented
Client facing experience (highly desirable)
