This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience advising on private investment fund matters to step into a high-profile role with substantial client exposure and advancement potential.The ideal candidate will have direct experience representing both fund sponsors and institutional investors, and will be well-versed in the formation and structuring of private equity, venture capital, real estate, or hedge funds.
