Our diverse and dynamic approach takes us in thrilling directions, and as a Customer Experience Coach/Consultant, you will have your hands on the wheel as we drive the future of loyalty.Please Note: This is a multi-month contract position that requires travel.The Role:We are growing our network of Customer Experience Coaches/Consultants across the U.S. to support upcoming projects. Our goal is to build strong relationships for current and future opportunities. To be considered, you must be willing and able to travel within the United States—up to 15 days per month—for dealership visits. Support areas may include Oregon and Washington, with flexibility for nearby locations.This role involves partnering with multiple locations to create industry-leading customer experiences, applying your retail and/or hospitality knowledge, coaching, facilitation, and consulting skills to drive change.A Day in the Life:Drive transformational culture change initiatives in retail and automotive industries.Manage your own schedule to complete assignments on time.Bring 15+ years of leadership or business experience.Automotive experience is an asset.Build authentic relationships with leadership and front-line personnel.Navigate complex change initiatives, including technological innovations.Apply a coaching approach to achieve measurable change.Deliver virtual or in-person visits and provide detailed reports.Recognize and address resistance diplomatically.Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training as required.Be proficient with Zoom, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Travel within the U.S., including dealership visits up to 15-17 days/month.Hold a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and business liability insurance.Essential Skills:Approachability and warm demeanor.Strong business acumen and data presentation skills.Interpersonal savvy to connect at all levels.Problem-solving skills and adaptability.Customer focus and relationship management.Integrity, trust, and confidentiality.Ability to inspire and motivate teams.Understanding of customer behavior and motivation.Excellent communication skills, including virtual facilitation.Fundamental computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint updates.Qualifications:Automotive industry experience is an asset.15+ years in Customer Experience, Coaching, Training, or Consulting.Coaching or facilitation credentials preferred.Background in Hospitality or Retail leadership is a plus.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom.Ability to manage travel and administrative tasks independently.Strong data-driven performance improvement skills.We are seeking independent contractors authorized to work in the U.S. Recruiter inquiries are not considered.Why Bond?Join a team that values relationships, innovative thinking, and collective success.
