Overview

The focus of the role is to provide day to day outstanding cleaning and maintenance service to our customers.

Payrate: $19.25

Responsibilities

Further this role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

Gather and empty trash.

Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Different shifts available:

Monday-Friday

Day 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm

Night 5pm-1:30am, 6pm-2:30am

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • 1-2 years' experience in the janitorial field
Physical Requirements:
  • 85% physical job
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities (Spanish)

Adems, este rol abarcar las siguientes responsabilidades:
  • Supervisar la seguridad y proteccin del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave despus de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos elctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.
  • Servicio, limpieza y suministro de baos.
  • Recoger y vaciar la basura.
  • Seguir los procedimientos para el uso de limpiadores qumicos y equipos elctricos, a fin de evitar daos a pisos y accesorios.
  • Limpiar los pisos de los edificios barrindolos, trapendolos, restregndolos o aspirando.
  • Limpiar ventanas, mamparas de vidrio y espejos con agua jabonosa u otros limpiadores, esponjas y escobillas de goma.
  • Limpiar y pulir muebles y enseres.
  • Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, mquinas y equipos.

Differente turnos disponible:

Lunes-Vernes

Dia 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm

Noche 5pm-1:30am, 6pm-2:30am
