Superintendent for Multi-family, single family and Mixed used all in Homestead, FL area

Salary: $90k-$115k + benefits

Experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity to lead projects with values ranging from multi-family, single family and mixed used.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building quality single family production homes, Multi family and Mixed used projects.
  • Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist trade contractors with tasks, when necessary.
  • Conduct regular walk-through meetings with customers and Project Manager.
  • Coordinate punch list work to be completed by subcontractors.
  • Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
  • Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
  • Industry consistent work history
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
