This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and representing our portfolio of professional haircare brands. This role requires a self‑motivated individual with strong people skills, and a proven track record in outside sales (bonus if you have experience in the beauty industry). This territory has strong existing clientele and room to grow We are searching for someone who will continue to provide these clients with the excellent service they have come to expect while also expanding the untapped potential of the territory. The sky is the limit Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals. Grow revenue within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Conduct regular in-salon visits, product presentations, and education-focused meetings. Drive brand awareness through effective communication of new products, promotions, and company initiatives. Develop territory plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service and consultative support to salon partners. Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. Attend monthly and annual sales meetings which offer additional training to continue to support the sales representatives. Skills for the Position Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (beauty industry preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills.
