What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of structural design experience, ideally with educational or institutional projects. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit, RAM, RISA, or similar). Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do Design and analyze structural systems for K-12 school facilities. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications that meet project and code requirements.
