Summary:

The position of Pricing Coordinator is a crucial role within the client. This role will be responsible for the coordination and where possible, the automation of pricing information within the organization. A successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for pricing and price systems. In addition, they work with cross functional partners to resolve pricing issues/mismatches with appropriate root cause analysis to bring efficiency and improve price visibility to the organization.



Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Accountable for updating/maintaining pricing structures monthly within PSM.
Responsible for entering accurate financial information into E1.
Strong understanding of pricing structures within Beverage industry
Ad hoc projects
Prepares and submits monthly control state price filings for spirits and wines, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
Monitor and resolve any state/E1 pricing discrepancies on a daily basis, working with customer service team and creating SR’s when appropriate
Support user needs on analytical tools for field sales and finance teams.
Maintain and update when necessary, pricing rules for control markets.



Experience / Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Past roles in pricing, operations, sales, finance and/or accounting
Work experience of 1-2 years with experience in pricing and CPG industry
Ability to work collaboratively and be a self-starter
Basic SAP pricing experience
Skilled in excel and other Microsoft office programs





Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
