Shift:  Monday – Sunday (6a-6p)

What’s a typical day as an Onsite Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Acting as the main liaison between fulltime staff and the hiring agency employees.
• Coordinating agency employees' start and stop shifts, breaks, and complaints.
• Monitoring absences and alerting customer Supervisor of concerns, attendance issues, complaints, and injuries.
• Assisting in keeping track of timesheets and ensuring proper lunch and break times.
• Serving as the main contact for all agency employee concerns.
• Performing corn sorting duties when needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Are organized and detail-oriented.
• Are bilingual (preferred but not necessary).
