The role involves collaboration with school leadership, staff, students, parents, and industry partners to build and sustain robust tech pathways.Key responsibilities include:Designing and leading technology certification programsDeveloping partnerships with colleges, shared-time programs, and industryPreparing students for certifications and careers in networkingRecruiting and training staff for certification coursesSecuring internships and employment opportunities for studentsConducting staff professional developmentQualificationsStrong strategic and project management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with partnerships and community engagementKnowledge of laws affecting public charter schoolsMaster’s degree or higher strongly preferredAt least 5 years of relevant experience in education or related fieldsValid credentials or licenses, including CTE certificationOrganizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skillsAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyPreferred SkillsExperience with technology systems and Google AppsProficiency with standard office equipmentWillingness to travel for development opportunitiesPhysical RequirementsWork onsite daily, setting up spaces and eventsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary, comprehensive benefits, 12-month exempt position, equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
