We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a strong background in managing complex enterprise‑level digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and delivering high‑impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale AEM‑based digital projects. Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes to ensure successful delivery. Develop and manage detailed resource plans and budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across internal teams and vendors. Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, aligning financials with program goals. Work with procurement and finance teams to manage contracts, SOWs, and vendor relationships. Oversee implementation and integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across web platforms. Coordinate with technical teams on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target setup and optimization. Ensure Adobe solutions are aligned with business goals and customer experience strategies. Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning and retrospectives) to maintain project momentum. Provide regular executive‑level reporting on project status, risks, milestones, and financials. Maintain dashboards and documentation for transparency and audit readiness. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and delivery standards. Required Qualifications 15‑18 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in technical project management roles. Strong experience managing AEM‑based projects and working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Strong experience with Adobe Edge. Proven ability to lead large complex digital initiatives with multiple stakeholders and teams. Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks. Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementations. Background in the insurance domain or other regulated industries. PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master certification. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
