We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and Data—to translate complex problems into elegant and effective design solutions. You’ll guide UX strategy, mentor junior designers, and champion best practices in usability and accessibility. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through delivery for web and mobile applications. Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate product functionality and workflows. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define design requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Advocate for the user by promoting accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across all design solutions. Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability and brand consistency. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership. Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies. Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, helping raise the overall quality of the UX practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in UX design, including experience leading design initiatives. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research to implementation. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale. Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or data visualization. Experience designing for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
