Responsibilities Follow the team plan Set listing and buyer appointments Execute appointments Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Team player CRM and database mastery Scripts mastery Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Put up‑to‑date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Qualifications A real estate license is required Great communication Commission opportunity Must live within the office area Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
