J.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Vice President, Lending Specialist Join the team as a Vice President, Lending Specialist at JPMorganChase. Job Description The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business focuses on helping investors achieve long‑term financial goals. It comprises the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self‑Directed—our digital investing platform. The combined business has approximately $600 billion in assets under management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices. As a Lending Specialist you will act as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors, clients, and Market Leadership, leveraging your lending expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will execute new lending requests, design innovative solutions, and help clients and advisors unlock growth opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to the expansion of the high‑growth lending business through new business generation, deepening relationships, and championing JPMorgan’s full suite of lending capabilities. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and business growth. Drive opportunities for advisors by offering recommendations and insights based on specific credit policies and guidelines to facilitate informed decision‑making. Make thoughtful and timely decisions in high‑volume, ambiguous situations to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the firm. Participate in projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements. Coordinate with and support the Service Team to ensure seamless execution of lending requests and high‑standard client service. Promote broader awareness of lending capabilities and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the firm’s lending footprint. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted resource. Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence and superior client outcomes. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 6+ years of financial services experience. Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (or obtain within 120 days of start). Experience with lending in a wealth‑management division across mortgage, margin, or securities‑based lending. Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people at all organizational levels. Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; articulate and comfortable speaking to large groups. Excellent organizational and project‑management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
