Compensation

Job Requirements and Duties

To be successful as a delivery driver, you'll need to meet certain requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • You should have access to an insured vehicle, which will be used for deliveries.
  • You'll need navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and navigate adverse terrain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all necessary equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
  • Prepare all products according to our standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities daily.

Communication Skills

  • You'll need to comprehend and provide correct instructions to customers and colleagues.
  • Effective verbal communication is crucial for processing orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

  • You'll need to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly.
  • You must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills are necessary for taking and processing orders.
  • You'll need motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen is also required.
