Practice Information

  • One BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician
  • Clinic is open M-F, daily schedule is flexible and cohesive within provider group
  • Call is shared 1:7, no nights/weekend call
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
  • Collaborative Primary Care Team

Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
