Job Setting: Inpatient Adult Psychiatric FacilityReason for Coverage: Psychiatrist on leave amp future vacation coverageAverage Number of Patients Per Day: 8 weekday 16-20 on weekendTotal Number of Beds: 54How Many Psychiatrists in Your Group: 3Locum Psychiatrist Required does NOT Supervise Other Healthcare ProvidersDocumentation System/EMR: EPICDescribe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Conduit Access Center located in OH Describe All Safety/Security Measures in Place at Each Facility the Locum Tenens Physician Will Provide Coverage: Lock facility CPI trained staff campus police rounding ability to call a codeRequired Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders Affective Disorders ADD/ADHD Personality Disorders Eating Disorders Developmental Disorders Psychotic Disorders Organic DisordersLocum is Required to Have Familiarity With: Involuntary Commitments Seclusion therapy Pharmacotherapy Restraint ApplicationPatient demographics: 18 adultsEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: Requesting expedited credentialing full privileges 90-120 days. Travel reimbursements: LOCAL PROVIDERS HIGHLY PREFERREDLodging: 150/nightRental Car: Standard economyFlight if applicable: Standard economyIf travel is approved do you have any preferences or additional caps not outlined in the travel policy: Vendor will stay in "Holiday Inn" type hotels hotels with reasonable nightly rates. Vendor will make reservations at a hospital-specified hotel if requested to do so. Vendor will attempt to secure the lowest nightly rate possible at an acceptable hotel. Vendor will rent only compact cars and will attempt to obtain the lowest daily rate possible. Vendor will rent cars from a hospital-specified agent if requested to do so. Vendor will use hospital parking facilities or find the lowest parking rate possible. Vendor's daily meals will consist of breakfast lunch and dinner and will be eaten at reasonably priced establishments. Vendor will take advantage of Bon Secours' dining facilities whenever possible. All other engagement related costs phone mail etc. will be reasonably controlled by Vendor and will adhere to any request or policy established by Bon Secours.
