The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting IP due diligence, and performing freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative IP matters for clients across diverse industries.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prosecute patent applications related to engineering innovations.Conduct IP due diligence and FTO analyses to support client strategies.Engage in some litigation and/or post-grant activities, if applicable.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to craft and implement strategic IP solutions.RequirementsEducation: An advanced degree in engineering is required (Ph.D. preferred, Master’s degree with substantial industry experience will also be considered).Experience: 1-4 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Experience in IP due diligence and FTO analyses is required.
