Enjoy working in our spacious treatment rooms, therapy gym and sensory room Collaborate with other dedicated professionals to help your clients achieve the best possible outcomes.Responsibilities:Perform evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that client, working with them to set short and long term goals.Perform skilled interventions that meet the clients' individual needs.Collaborate with families, OTs, and ABA therapists.Maintain excellent records of client needs, care, and outcomes.Work closely with families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need to help their child reach their highest potential.Qualifications:Active state license for practicing speech therapy.Ability to collaborate with other professionals.Ability to create a therapy schedule and adjust the schedule as needed.Excellent organizational skills.Strong documentation skills.Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.Benefits/Perks:Competitive Compensation, including compensation for documentation time.Great Work Environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
