Employer Industry: Information Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexible scheduling options Engage in a variety of technical tasks, from system setup to troubleshooting Collaborate with cross?functional teams on innovative projects Contribute to the security and reliability of critical IT systems What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Deliver, install, and set up computer systems, including software installation and network cabling Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end?users and IT teams Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential problems Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience IT support experience preferred Ability to configure and optimize hardware components to meet performance and capacity requirements Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues Knowledge of security measures for IT systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working with IBM systems and related infrastructure Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT systems Previous experience in a technical support role Understanding of network cabling and system installation processes Ability to conduct training sessions for IT staff We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal?opportunity employment.
