On Call Counsel is assisting an esteemed Arizona-based law firm known for its dedication to clients and commitment to excellence in every case they take on. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience, focused on medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. In this hybrid role, you will manage a varied caseload, lead investigations, and represent clients throughout every phase of litigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, ready to handle complex cases and prepared to grow into a potential partnership role within our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all phases of medical malpractice and wrongful death cases
- Conduct thorough legal research, case strategy development, and client consultations
- Prepare and review discovery documents, motions, and case filings
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of paralegals, associates, and legal staff
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in medical malpractice and wrongful death
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Passion for advocating for clients and achieving justice
