We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of our Fusus technology (and other SaaS solutions), a vital solution that helps law enforcement agencies manage information effectively. In this role, you'll partner with industry‑leading teams across product, engineering, and customer success to drive complex SaaS deployments that have a direct impact on public safety outcomes. What You'll Do Travel: 40% Direct Reports: 0 Manages all aspects of complex enterprise‑grade SaaS product deployments Join Forces with the Product and Engineering team to ensure national and state standards are accurately defined Oversees program‑level change management activities in conjunction with client partners and internal stakeholders Ensures program milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation supports customer acceptance for purposes of revenue recognition Works closely with customers, sales, product, engineering, and software services leaders to define the vision, scope, and delivery timelines for project deliverables Participates in the definition of program scope and objectives through research and fact finding Supports work estimation process in support of program planning activities Operates with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and detail‑orientation, while maintaining consistent lines of communication with all teams involved in each project What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technical Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development) or related field PMP highly preferred 5+ years of professional experience leading highly complex programs in a SaaS environment Experience utilizing technical program/project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion Experience delivering and/or managing a large software deployment, infrastructure or enterprise applications programs Ability to effectively manage and handle multiple congruent/ simultaneous projects at the same time Successful background managing advance enterprise‑level and/or multi‑departmental projects to completion Excellent communication, organization, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Fluent English and Spanish Don't meet every single requirement?
