Mustang Cat is seeking a CVA Superintendent to oversee all aspects of Customer Value Agreement (CVA) performance, fulfillment, and accuracy within our Service Department. This key role ensures all preventive maintenance (PM) services are scheduled, executed, and documented in alignment with Mustang Cat’s Service Excellence standards and Caterpillar program requirements. Responsibilities Include Manage CVA fulfillment, scheduling, and accuracy for all active agreements Ensure PM services are completed on time and within performance standards Track Service Excellence metrics, including SOS sample compliance and PM checklist completion Monitor machine connectivity and resolve data or reporting issues Partner with Product Support, PM, and Branch Supervisors to streamline operations Facilitate communication between technicians, dispatchers, and service teams Conduct field visits to verify PM quality and documentation accuracy Review service records and resolve disputes for missed or incorrect PMs Support all CVA types (Parts Kits, Dealer Labor, CVA Plus, JSS) Assist with CVA setup, renewals, pricing, and profitability reviews Refine PM workflows and job structures for consistency and efficiency Train and support teams on Product Link installations and Service Excellence standards Use Caterpillar systems (SIS 2.0, VisionLink, CVA Signal Dashboard) to manage operations Analyze CVA metrics and profitability to identify improvement opportunities What We’re Looking For College degree in Business, Diesel Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years’ service experience in a heavy equipment environment Background in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred Working knowledge of Caterpillar systems (SIS 2.0, VisionLink, DBS, CAT Inspect, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Ability to travel locally for field verification visits Additional Helpful Skills Experience with PM or CVA program administration Knowledge of Caterpillar CVA structures and reporting tools Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Start your next chapter with Mustang Cat as a CVA Superintendent—and play a key role in driving service excellence, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction across every agreement.
