Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, a boutique and rapidly growing litigation firm, is seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join its lean, entrepreneurial team. The candidate should be a self‑starter, look to have autonomy over their cases, be able to handle multiple matters simultaneously, and possess strong writing skills. This is a unique opportunity for a litigator who thrives in a startup‑style environment and seeks to break away from the rigid structure of traditional law firms. Location: Remote, FL Mode: Full‑Time / Permanent Hours: 40 hours/week Note: Ideally, we are looking for someone licensed in NY (licenses in other jurisdictions are a bonus). About the Role Focus on Commercial Litigation, including arbitration and breach of contract matters. Opportunity to take ownership of cases from start to finish. Low billable hour requirement of 1800 hours. Highly autonomous work style with full support from leadership. Ideal Candidate 6+ years of commercial litigation experience. Previous Big Law experience welcome but seeking something more agile and purpose‑driven. Deep interest and passion for litigation. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently. Superior legal writing skills and top‑notch communication abilities. Strong advocacy and case management skills. Startup mindset: flexible, driven, and collaborative.
