Overview The GTM team is comprised of Mid- to Junior-level cohort (Managers – Associates) responsible for Go-to-Market operations: all tasks that occur between client plan approval and issuing partner IOs. This group also owns any Direct IO buys and serves as the key connector between Investment Strategy and Activation teams. The Managers, Associate Managers, and Senior Associates steward budget changes, enabling senior Investment Strategy leads to focus on plan updates, containing change recommendations within one team, and allowing Activation to stay focused on campaign management. This team will support and learn from Investment Strategy Channel Leads, and as members rise in rank, they will path into the Investment Strategy channel teams. Responsibilities Tactical Planning (per cycle): Learn from Channel teams, own budget document & system updates Activation: All necessary GTM tasks* Adhere to finance due dates and deliverables Budget Trackers (MBT, DE&I, PZ) & Forecasts Lumina ID creation Lumina updates Prisma: New partner setup, Campaign & Placement taxonomy, IO issuance (all Direct IOs) Creative Rotation Sheets & Creative Trackers Fee calculators Key Meetings: Internal team statuses, BU client status, Vendor meetings Performance Competencies 1-2 years of experience required Accepting Direction Demonstrating Initiative Communicating Effectively Working with Others Displaying Technical Expertise Learning Quickly Overall Media Knowledge: Novice Strategic Storytelling: Novice Omni Audience Explorer: Novice Lumina: Expert Prisma: Expert Excel: Advanced Compensation Range $40,000—$75,000 USD Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k); Healthcare Flexible Spending Account; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account; vacation days; sick days; personal days; paid parental leave; paid medical leave; STD/LTD insurance benefits.
