The Role We are looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth and boost profitability. In this role, you will create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top‑level executives. You will be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth, selling new offerings, minimizing erosion in renewals, and ensuring our largest accounts continue to flourish. You will develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies, identify and qualify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and deliver tailor‑made solutions. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential, from prospecting to closing deals. You will lead Federal‑Civilian accounts, generate new opportunities, expand existing work, and build a go‑to‑market pipeline with partners to pursue and win deals. As an owner of the account P&L, you will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain compliance, and uphold integrity. Responsibilities Create, maintain and develop deep customer relationships to credibly build and maintain valued relationships. Responsible to drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consult. Responsible for lead generation through to closure, driving new scope and value, and minimizing erosion in our ongoing business and renewals. Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives. Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth. Increase utilization and billability of resources assigned to the account. Generate opportunities, drive through to closure and expand existing work into larger scope and new capabilities; build a GTM pipeline with partners to jointly pursue and win deals. Demonstrate distinctive expertise. Build deep industry expertise and apply that expertise to help customers realize value. Own account P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure account compliance by acting with integrity. Invest in the development of the people on the account and across Kyndryl to develop the next generation of talent. Act as a steward of the Kyndryl culture. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience managing the sales process end‑to‑end. 5+ years of experience running account P&L with a minimum of $10M. Must have deep experience in the Federal‑Defense sector. Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices. Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks. Open‑minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or master's degree. Sales experience in technical solutions. Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full‑time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job‑related skills and experience. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. Additional compensation ranges: California: $175,080 to $343,920; Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560; New York City: $191,040 to $343,920; Washington: $175,080 to $315,240; Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240. This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
