Job Description Registered Charge Nurse RN ER Nights $30,000 Sign On Bonus - First half paid on first paycheck and second half paid on 1 year anniversary What We Are Looking For Lake Granbury Medical Center's Emergency Services Department is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to work on our 15 bed ER. What You Will Do Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Minimum Requirements: * Associate's degree in Nursing * Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas * 1 years of ER experience * BLS and ACLS upon hire * PALS or ENBC Preferred Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * TNCC upon hire but must possess within first year Working Hours: * 7pm-7am (3) 12 hour shifts Who We Are Lake Granbury Medical Center is your community healthcare provider; a 73-bed facility providing complete medical care and advanced surgical procedures to Hood, Somervell, and Erath County residents.
