VP, Learning and Content Strategy at BrainPOPVP, Learning & Content StrategyVP, Learning & Content StrategyVP, Learning & Content Strategy (noted twice for emphasis)Gain award of multiple and, we talk about an employee with the company and the job and dis  do etc.About this roleOwn and develop the vision and roadmap for the entirety of BrainPOP's unified learning & content experience, aligning it with pedagogical goals, user needs, and business outcomes.Integrate AI initiatives, ensuring content generation and scaling meets the pedagogical and efficacy mandates.Lead learning‑science backed research, designing the innovation that brings data, pedagogy, and market priorities together.Own the pedagogical approach, crafting a foundational model that lives in BrainPOP’s joyful creative voice and supporting classroom practice.Create and refine classroom‑implementation models coupled with the Curriculum & Instruction team to boost teacher and student impact.Mentor the Learning Design team, crafting engaging, scalable, comprehension‑confirming experiences.Collaborate with Animation and Editorial units, steering the creative process from a learning perspective.Align content strategy with Product Optimisation and Platform, ensuring a coherent UX.Team with Go‑to‑Market folks to translate research insights into compelling messages for educators, administrators, and parents.Drive operational excellence, working with Program Management on realistic timelines and deliverable commitments.What we expect from youStrategic content portfolio ownership, making trade‑offs to pursue pedagogical and business priorities.A balanced commercial edge: deep learning science paired with commercial insight.Real‑world classroom sense, turning product features into usable classroom models.Hands‑on with AI: mastery of emerging content‑creation tech that propels design and launch.Already influential leader, inspiring team culture and cross‑functional flow.Simple win: crisp communication that delivers learning‑science concepts to all stakeholders.Voice champion: passes in BrainPOP’s signature humor and creative flair.Result oriented: manage many high‑stakes projects and deliver on time in a fast‑moving environment.Partner metadata: vendor & partner expertise skills to scale the team.On your resumeAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in learning, curriculum, or a related field.10+ years in educational technology, keying soft leadership in learning design, content, research, or curriculum strategy.Proven content strategy and roadmap ownership.Strong publishing, research, or market‑front research portfolio.Tracking skill to make academic findings actionable.Experience with fast‑paced, commercial product environments.Deep K‑12 knowledge of standards, curriculum, classroom work‑flows, and market trends.Hands‑on tech tools, AI‑based content tools, and platform proficiency.Budget & vendor‑lead ability for 25‑plus‑person teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
