POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LOCATION: 1400 N. 10th Street, Paducah, KY

QUALIFICATIONS:
* active LPN license
* While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
* collect and review labs ordered by the doctor
* administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided)
* monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided)
* supervise residential patients
* assist clinicians/therapists
* encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided)
* PICC line care, including medication administration and dressing changes (training provided)
* be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)

*Various shifts available*; can discuss preferred days/hours upon interview (High demand for 3rd shift Monday - Friday)

*WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE:*
