OverviewPay Range: $52hr - $57hrResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Clinical Study team, including Medical Affairs and Clinical Product Management.Develop study product secondary labeling and packaging designs to support protocol compliance.Research and procure study supplies; monitor inbound shipments and cost accruals.Maintain study product and supply inventory using inventory management databases.Inspect study product packaging and labeling per SOP and study requirements.Assemble kits, format and print labels, and perform over-labeling.Oversee secure storage of study products and supplies under controlled conditions.Manage disposition of returned products and supplies, including destruction or restocking.Prepare packaging, documentation, and shipping for domestic and international shipments.Track documentation and maintain required files in eTMF.Handle transparency reporting for assigned studies.Requirement / Must HaveKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel (including formulas), and database systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of clinical supply planning, packaging, and labeling.Inventory management and kit assembly experience.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Computer savvy and quick to learn new systems.Database experience is required.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in medical device clinical trials, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.Direct exposure to clinical study supply management and execution.Should HaveClinical study product handling experience.Experience in packaging, labeling, and assembly of clinical kits.SkillsCommunication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.Qualification and EducationBA/BS in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related Allied Health field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
